All Influencers/digital partners must undergo an account registration process to join FameNet platform.
FameNet may ask you to verify your identity by producing valid Govt./national id document to confirm the accuracy of the data.
The condition for completing the registration process is acceptance of the contents of the terms of service and privacy policy of FameNet.
All influencers/digital partners is obliged not to disclose to third parties the data enabling access to the Account.
FameNet has the right to make changes to the Portal website and in the goods/services offered without prior notice and excluding civil liability.
You are obliged to immediately notify of any changes to your data, in particular to the e-mail address. We won’t be liable for damage caused to you due to lack of data update from your side.
Providing false data deliberately and/or with the intention of fraud may result in civil proceedings being brought before a court. In this case, we reserve the right to block your account and terminate the agreement for use in extraordinary mode and refuse any payments.
